You can delete your Feelivya account and the data linked to it at any time. Choose one of the options below.
Option 1: Delete inside the app
- Open the Feelivya app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Delete / Disable Account.
- Select Delete Account and follow the on-screen steps to confirm.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you cannot open the app, email us at support@feelivya.com with the subject "Delete My Account". Send it from the email address registered on your account and include your username so we can verify ownership. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted

Data we may keep
- Limited records that we must keep for security, abuse prevention or legal obligations may be retained for as long as the law or security needs require, then deleted.
- Copies in backups are removed automatically as the backups expire.
Please note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want a break, use Disable Account instead; you can come back by signing in again.
